Tik (Torah case) wrapper, carmine red cotton, green silk centrepiece with laid and couched embroidery with silk threads, central flower and diagonally placed floral corner motifs, with dedicatory strip in tablet weaving technique, donated by Rabbi Elijah Meir in memory of his son Yehiel to the New Congregation, Ioannina.
